Our original goal was to source and deliver beautiful coastal designs at a great price; however our business model has now blossomed to incorporate wholesale, trade, and retail designs – still beautiful designs and always at great prices.

We pride ourselves on the quality, design, and decoration of private residences, hospitality, hotels, and development projects. Our highly talented design team travels the world, constantly on the lookout for beautiful and unique products that will add personality and value to your space.

While we feel very honoured to work on large projects, we also work in collaboration with designers right across Australia, creating innovative, stylish interiors. Our strong retail brand allows us to work in partnership with local interior designers to provide rich and diverse offerings of impressive pieces of furniture, accessories, artworks, and lighting.

As coast-loving people ourselves, Abide Interiors is all about Hamptons Style and Coastal Style Interiors. Our work has ranged from residential homes and urban apartments to holiday properties and commercial projects, at almost every scale. In fact, Colour Confidence Interiors projects have only ever had one thing in common: discerning clients who are successful people in their own right and expect as much from us as they have always expected from themselves.

 

HOW TO WORK WITH US:

  1. INSPIRATION

Find pictures and samples of what you like, no matter how outrageous! Include fabric samples, magazine pictures, paint colours or any other material that inspires you. Collect and save these in one file so it’s always handy.

  1. MEET

Our first appointment is most important, as this allows us to tour your home, understand your priorities and offer initial suggestions. We’ll explain the process of working together and explain exactly how we can help you achieve your design goals. It’s here that we establish the ‘brief’ which will guide us along the way. 

  1. BUDGET

This is critical, as the amount you wish to spend will determine how big the project becomes. Budget is determined by how much renovation work is required and how much furniture and accessories are needed. If structural works are also required, then this must be considered in the budget before any décor selections. 

  1. CHOICE

You can choose whether you want to have us as ‘design consultants’ only, where we provide colour suggestions, material options and offer a list of places to shop. This is for those who like to ‘do it themselves’.

Or, you can choose to have us do everything for you, with your guidance of course. Alternatively, settle on a mix of the two: let us take care of a select number of projects and you handle the rest. The choice is yours.

  1. COMMIT

When we know what has to be done, it’s time for you to commit the time and money to finish your dream space. Remember, projects will take the time they require. We will do our best to speed up the process but it will all happen in fair time.

For example, it generally takes 8 – 10 weeks for furniture, drapes and materials to be installed. Custom cabinetry and fixtures can take up to 12 weeks. Accessorising will take approximately 4 weeks.
