Abide Interiors is proud to supply our quality furniture to customers living all over Australia. We use a number of reputable carriers depending on the customer’s location which can offer the best service, care and price for our customers. All items are currently shipped from our warehouse in Warana, Queensland. We also offer a free in store pickup for South –east-Queensland customers.
Shipping costs are calculated on based on your location, weight and dimensions of the items at checkout. You can get an estimate based on your postcode on each product page. Delivery charges with all national carriers increase dramatically to areas deemed as ‘regional’. If you live a regional area and want to see if you can lower the shipping price, you can quote delivery to a friend or relative living in the nearest metropolitan area.
We suggest that you choose a delivery address where someone is present to accept your delivery during business hours. Please provide a physical address for delivery, as we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. It is possible to track your order using the courier company’s online tracking system.

Upon dispatch of order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a consignment number which can be tracked online.
You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the site to allow the delivery of the products.
Upon agreement and payment of the freight charges, the customer is responsible to all terms and conditions of the individual Courier Company of their choice. Once your order has left our warehouse, Abide Interiors will not be responsible for any delay in delivery time, lost or damaged deliveries, as a result in the handling of these orders with the Courier Company of your choice.
If Abide Interiors is unable to source or deliver the Goods as ordered by you, Abide Interiors may cancel your order and provide you with a refund. Subject always to this Agreement, Abide Interiors takes no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever in relation to orders that have been cancelled by us.
