Purchased a dining table and several chairs from Abide. Half of the chairs arrived with parts missing. If this had been fixed in a timely manner I wouldn’t have minded the error, but it’s 2 months later the and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Abide Interiors provided me the best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time!! I purchased 6 dining chairs and was trying to match them to an existing dining table. I live interstate and was nervous about purchasing sight unseen! Amanda went above and beyond - taking photos of the chair in different lights for me so that I could get a clear picture of whether they were right. (They were!) Once I placed the order, I was provided with timely updates of dispatch and the chairs were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. They are gorgeous! A high quality product. Anyone looking at purchasing furniture or homewares, please take a look at Abide Interiors. Not only do they have beautiful inventory, but their service is second to none. Maya from Abide was an absolute gem to deal with. I bought an entertainment unit. It was on backorder and ended up very slightly delayed (which happens), but I was kept fully informed the whole way. To make it harder on Maya, I had to change the delivery address three times due to moving out of our home with the new one not yet ready, and then the storage unit we hired was full. She was the go-between with the courier for me - also TLC couriers ... amazing! Then, today, I received a lovely gift of chocolates and a voucher in the mail. Take note - this is customer service at its finest!

I recently purchased the Carmel Table and Roberto Chairs from Abide Interiors and I couldn't be happier! Truth be told I never post reviews however I had such a positive experience I am happy to share. I had been looking for an outdoor table and chairs for over a year with no luck when I came across Abide Interiors online. I really liked the look of the Carmel Table and Roberto Chairs however as we are in another state, I was concerned about purchasing online and not being able to see the furniture in person. So I contacted Abide Interiors with my concern and received a response from Amanda who was very helpful in sending me additional photos and videos as well as answering all my questions very promptly. The best part was once I purchased the furniture it was dispatched a day later and delivered interstate the following day! Everything came well protected and the table was very easily assembled and I am extremely happy with our new outdoor furniture. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a range of teak furniture from Abide Interiors with the beautiful Katie. It was all for my outdoor space, specifically around my pool area. It looks amazing!!! Giving it a high end, resort feel. The cushions provided are fresh and white, adding a touch of elegance while maintaining their comfort even after extended use. The collection I purchased includes the Avila Outdoor sun lounges, double island sofa, chairs, coffee and side tables, as well as the Carrillo Parasol and Stand. The quality, comfort, and aesthetics of the furniture have exceeded my expectations. Red wine spilt who cares ...you just hose it off, true story!!

After purchasing our home back in 2021, we were able to find and purchase many furniture items, but hesitated when it came to our tv unit/ sideboard. We searched relentlessly for a matching set that was beyond the standard 1.8m length you would find in stores (and 99.9% of online stores). After a lot of browsing, we fell in love with the ‘Iluka’ pieces… we got into contact with Amanda and she instantly answered all of our questions and ensured the whole process was smooth. We received regular updates on our order and it even arrived earlier than expected! We couldn’t be more happier- the 3m length of both pieces add to its grandness. When we tore off the cardboard and several protective layers of packaging, we were delighted to see that it looked even better in real life! Ordering furniture out of state can sometimes be fraught with issues but my dealings with Abide Interiors has been a total pleasure - from ordering to organising the freight it has literally been as easy as buying from in state - the chairs both the Zen counter stools and the Zen dining chairs are absolutely beautiful - I have been so impressed at the efficiency of all staff involved.
